Local power pop act Indonesian Junk is back with their much anticipated third full length album, “Spiderbites”, and it’s a master class in how to write a catchy rock song. With singles like “When I Find You” and “City Lights”, the band has built up some anticipation for this project, and the full body of work feels like any song on it could realistically be a radio-friendly single, with a mix of glam, punk, and even tinges of rockabilly at times. The band is truly in a lane of their own within the local scene, and that makes the sound of the album that much different within that context.
